I wanted to log on from the maplestory website this once, and all of a sudden it doesn't let me log in; it says my password is incorrect. At this point, I'm still calm, because I am still able to access my google account. However; when I try to sign in my google account, I type in my password to every account that I own. It doesn't work.

It says, ''Your password was changed 6 hours ago.'' Assuming that my gmail account was connected to my youtube account; I decided to log in and out just to be sure, anyways... It doesn't let me sign in, either. So, I guess all three of my accounts, my global maplestory info, my email account, AND my youtube account... There's either an error in this which caused my google account to change passwords WITHOUT my permission, or otherwise someone could've looked into the database from the prosperity forums and had taken my account. I don't think anyone would do that, though...

I guess, I'll try to get my info back after school, if I can. Otherwise, I guess I won't be on maple for a while. T__T Please give me some helpful tips that I can use to get my account information back...

I honestly, wouldn't know what to do at this point. If you're email password was changed..then..

Maybe someone saved your info from the MTS leak that occured not too long ago? I mean, Nexon was stupid enough to also leak the passwords of all those accounts in hash form .. And if that was the case, then all the "hacker" would have had to do is decrypt the hashes, which isn't really difficult to do.

Isn't there a way for you to recover your gmail account by answering security questions, or something?

you shouldn't log in via the website because that's how hackers can easily get your password - use the game launcher.

Well, I do in fact have a basilmarket account, and it does have my character on it. I wonder what would happen if I posted on the thread/listing, it'd be kinda awkward, huh? I really have the urge to take my account back, even if everything I had is gone; due to the fact that it has my youtube account linked to it. Man, I wonder how I would set up a scheme to take my account back?

Anyways, the link doesn't work for me, I don't know why. If you guys could, maybe help me scam my account back? That would be greattt, but yeah.
